Early-adopter pilot

Find out what your usual reporting might be missing.

We are inviting six organisations to explore Brightminds on a live project—with a clear question to test and a sponsor ready to use the findings.

A useful starting point

You have a live project, usable delivery information and people willing to contribute. A named sponsor and project manager can act on what emerges.

You do not need a formal PMO. Project suitability and commitment matter more than organisation headcount.

Agree the scope before starting.
Project coverage, pulse allowance, cadence, support, duration and commercial terms belong in the pilot agreement.

What we will test together

  • Did a pulse reveal a concern or difference in confidence that was not clear in existing reporting?
  • Did it prompt a useful conversation, decision or action?
  • Did a later pulse provide useful evidence about what changed?

Success is useful additional insight—not a promise to prove avoided project failure within a few weeks.

Proposed pilot journey

01 / AGREE

Define a useful test

Select the project and participants. Record the current delivery view, the questions you want answered and the success criteria.

02 / EXPLORE

Run and review a pulse

Bring the report into a sponsor–project manager conversation. Decide what needs investigation and record any agreed action.

03 / REVISIT

Assess the value

Repeat at an agreed interval, review what changed and decide whether continued use would be worthwhile.

Trust before participation

Be clear about who sees what.

Role-level reporting is not the same as anonymity. Where a role has only one person, colleagues may be able to attribute that perspective.

Before the first pulse, agree and explain who can see individual responses, role-level results and reports; how Brightminds processes the data; and what happens to it when the pilot ends.

Participants should know the purpose: understanding project delivery, not producing an individual performance rating.

Your commitment

  • A sponsor and project manager able to discuss and act on findings.
  • Participants representing the relevant project roles.
  • Current delivery information for each pulse.
  • Honest feedback about usefulness and effort.

Our proposed contribution

  • Access to the agreed project pulse and reporting scope.
  • Setup guidance, with assistance agreed where needed.
  • A structured review of the evidence and next steps.
  • A clear end-of-pilot decision about continuation.

Clear terms. A deliberate decision.

Confirm the price, duration, included pulses and support before the pilot begins. Agree any continuation terms in advance, so the decision at the end is informed.

Any case study or public reference should require separate permission.

Preview decision still open

This concept intentionally does not advertise “eight weeks free”, a fixed monthly price or guaranteed turnaround. Confirm the approved offer and actual service capability before publishing.

Start with a conversation

Where do your projects surprise you late?
